黃博士的講題為 “Innovating MEMS and Sensor Packaging for Limitless Application”，他將介紹微機電系統如何透過創新設計與先進封裝以符合各種新興應用的實際需求。
黃煜哲博士畢業於國立清華大學動力機械工程學系，師從方維倫教授。後學能以IEEE EDS MEMS Technical Committee身分邀請黃博士是莫大的榮幸，也希望能藉此機會將台灣在微機電、半導體、先進封裝技術的深厚實力呈現在國際舞台上。
